We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Sales Associate to help expand our presence in the local community through events, pop-ups, and outreach activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a talented freelance Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and connect with our community. This is a flexible role perfect for someone who thrives in content creation, storytelling, and building authentic engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Creative skills in photography, videography, and short-form content (Reels/TikToks).
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• A proactive, trend-savvy mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Create and schedule 2–3 engaging posts per week (Instagram & Facebook; occasional TikTok & LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute 1–2 content shoots per month (photo and/or video).
• Lead community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and encouraging conversations.
• Collaborate with creators, local businesses, and partners; manage story mentions, tags, and reposts.
• Build and maintain a 30-day content calendar.
• Deliver a monthly analytics report with key performance insights.
• Participate in a monthly strategy/review meeting to refine goals and direction.
