We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Strategist to join our team full-time in-office. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative, and strategic, with proven experience driving results for clients across multiple platforms. You’ll manage both our in-house social and select client accounts end-to-end, track performance, and collaborate with both clients and internal teams to deliver measurable growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of proven social media management experience.
• Strong portfolio of creative and engaging work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Proficient with Canva, DSLR cameras, video editing, and reel creation.
• Deep understanding of management tools (Hubspot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, HeyOrca).
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Social Media SEO knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent client-facing skills with confidence in presentations and sales pitches.
• G2 driver’s license and access to vehicle is required

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is considered an asset.
