  • Develop, implement, and manage social media and online engagement strategies to enhance brand presence and meet business objectives.
  • Create original and engaging content tailored for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging networks.
  • Analyse data and usage metrics from online campaigns; generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor audience feedback, trends, and online conversations, responding appropriately to maintain positive community relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to deliver unified campaigns aligned with wider organisational goals.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in social media management, public relations, or digital communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields.
  • Proven ability with analytics tools and social media management platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong creative, organisational, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and inform content strategy.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
