JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our audience, strengthening our brand identity, and driving measurable results through strategic campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics)
  • Basic knowledge of digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, blog snippets) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to optimize performance
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly to build community engagement
