As a Social Media Manager you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to our goals and target audience. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to ensure Thompson stays ahead of the curve. Develop compelling, on-brand content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Collaborate with team members to produce engaging materials. Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences across platforms to build relationships and foster loyalty. Address inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using industry-standard tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve objectives. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. What does this position offer? Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and achieving measurable results. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Experience with social media management tools. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone. Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific insights). Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
