• Proficiency with tools like Canva and other content creation software.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize social strategies.
• Experience as a social media influencer with an independently grown following is a significant plus.
• Can-do attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This fully remote role is perfect for a self-starter with a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute creative content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to drive engagement and growth.
• Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling posts, writing captions, and overseeing community interactions.
• Produce original content using tools like Canva and CapCut, and manipulate templates to align with brand aesthetics.
• Craft captions that reflect each client’s unique brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve growth and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with Canadian cultural trends and events to create locally relevant and engaging content.
