Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media & Virtual Assistant Coordinator to support both marketing and administrative operations across the business. This role is primarily focused on managing social media campaigns (organic and paid) to generate leads, while also supporting back-office administration and participant/support worker outreach. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (Primary Focus) Manage and grow social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram) Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar Schedule and publish provided content across platforms Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics Support lead generation initiatives through Meta platforms Lead Generation & Follow-Up Manage and follow up on leads generated through social campaigns Contact potential NDIS participants and support workers Maintain professional communication and relationship management Track lead progress and update systems accordingly Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support Manage back-office administrative tasks Update and maintain CRM systems and participant records Organise and manage digital documents and files Support day-to-day operational coordination CRM & System Management Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping Maintain clean and organized lead and client records Support workflow and process improvements where required Key Requirements Experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns Strong communication and customer engagement skills Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role Ability to manage leads and follow-up processes efficiently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tools & Systems Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) CRM systems Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Social media scheduling tools Desirable Experience in healthcare, NDIS, or community services industries Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management workflows Understanding of Meta Ads Manager Additional Information Content and creative assets will be provided (graphic design not required) This is a hybrid role combining marketing, lead generation, and administrative support Strong focus on responsiveness, organization, and communication Position intended to be filled within the next month
