Requirements Required Qualifications 5–8+ years of social media management experience Proven experience owning social strategy and execution Experience working in a regulated industry (legal strongly preferred) Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content performance Experience with short-form video and personality-driven content High attention to detail and excellent judgment Comfortable working with senior leadership and attorneys Preferred Qualifications Personal injury or legal marketing experience Spanish-language content experience Experience collaborating closely with CMO, intake, or sales teams Familiarity with attribution challenges in legal marketing Experience with tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, GA4, or similar
