QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, home decor, or furniture industries.

Platform Proficiencies:

  • Major Social Media Platforms: Expertise in managing and growing audiences on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube with a focus on visual platforms ideal for showcasing furniture.
  • Social Advertising Platforms: Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads to create high-ROI campaigns.

Content Creation and Editing Tools:

  • Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for designing eye-catching social media visuals.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to optimize content and measure campaign success.

Creative and Analytical Abilities:

  • Exceptional ability to create compelling content that resonates with furniture buyers and interior design enthusiasts.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

  • Content Creation and Curation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing content (text, images, videos) that highlights furniture designs, interior styling tips, and customer testimonials to boost community engagement.
  • Brand Persona Development: Craft a consistent and aspirational brand voice across all social channels, reflecting the store’s commitment to quality, style, and customer satisfaction.
  • Daily Channel Management: Actively manage and post on major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to maintain a strong and relevant online presence.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Social Media Ad Campaigns: Design and execute targeted ad campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads to generate leads, drive online sales, and promote in-store promotions.
  • Influencer and Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with interior design influencers, home decor bloggers, and complementary brands to grow the store’s social following and enhance brand credibility.
  • SEO and Analytics: Leverage SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to optimize content and track performance metrics, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and furniture industry innovations to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and competitive.
  • Event Promotion: Amplify in-store events, product launches, and sales through social media to drive attendance and customer participation.
