As a Social Media Manager YouTube, you will join our dynamic and creative team, which delights and inspires over 10 million followers worldwide on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with daily content. You can expect diverse and varied tasks within the team and will support various projects to make our YouTube channel more engaging and entertaining. Working as part of the global social media team, you will collaborate with other departments and have the opportunity to work alongside inspiring and ambitious colleagues. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• develop and implement organic and paid YouTube strategies to increase views and engagement
• monitor and analyse content performance, using insights to optimise future content
• collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand presence on YouTube
• design organic social media campaigns and content concepts in close coordination with marketing and social media teams
• develop creative ideas to integrate community feedback into our content, making it more engaging and entertaining
• manage social media projects, including data analysis, SEO and trend research, content planning, uploading and reporting
• conduct competitor analysis and scout for new trends, stay on top of YouTube trends and identify new content opportunities
