JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Social Media star to join our dog company, to lead our exciting transformation from a small business to a medium sized company. We are looking for a social media specialist who has deep knowledge in TikTok and Meta - this includes knowledge of audience types, ad types etc - to take us to the next level. You will play a key role in developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will work closely with the director but you are expected to work independently and effectively.
This role will suit someone looking to put their all in.

WHO WE ARE

We are a small business of five people - this includes a customer service team, a warehouse manager and more general help. Our warehouse and office is based in London but most employees work remotely. We are a friendly company know for excellent customer service and top-quality dog products. We work in a close-knit fashion and have a real feeling of togetherness. The benefit of working in a small business is that you can have a big impact which is very rewarding.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent proficiency in using social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

• Strategic Plan: You will develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with our business goals. This includes defining KPIs and annual goals.
• You will work with our specialist data report which shows cost, revenue and cash generated on each platform for each ad. You will use this to make strategic decisions on what to stop and what to push.
• Create engaging content tailored for Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback and engagement opportunities.
• Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.
• Report weekly to the director.
