This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of digital trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to guide content optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with the internal team to align social media campaigns with business goals and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience managing business social media accounts. Strong knowledge of major platforms and their respective best practices. Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) are a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
