This is a remote position. Schedule: 20 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (Melbourne) Client Timezone: Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT) Responsibilities: Set up and manage social media accounts across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) Create and schedule consistent, engaging content that aligns with the accounting and advisory industry Develop creative strategies and viral content concepts that resonate with Australian demographics Handle community engagement including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly Conduct outreach activities including message blasts and connecting with relevant communities and influencers Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly Provide regular reporting on social media performance and lead generation metrics Collaborate with the founder to understand business goals and translate them into social media strategies.
