Amino+ Coffee is a fast-growing artisan coffee shop in Kettering, serving premium coffee, fresh bakes, and a welcoming space for our community to connect. We have huge plans for the future, and we’re looking for someone who can bring our story to life online, build our brand, and make our socials as irresistible as our coffee.

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who understands the art of growing a brand through engaging, high-quality content. You’ll be responsible for capturing the soul of Amino+ Coffee, telling our story in a fun and authentic way, and making sure our Instagram (and other platforms) truly reflect our vibe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit the shop 3–4 times a week to capture high-quality photo and video content.
• Use your own professional camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, or equivalent) to produce visually stunning content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, carousels, and stories that showcase our drinks, food, team, and customers.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and content formats that perform well in the coffee and hospitality industry.
• Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and engaging feed.
• Write fun, on-brand captions and use hashtags effectively to boost reach.
• Analyse performance to see what’s working and refine our approach.
• Help promote special offers, events, and new menu items to maximise exposure.
