Description:

Responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our community, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual who is passionate about fitness, wellness, and social media trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion in social media marketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Interest for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Create visually appealing and engaging graphics, photos, and videos that align with the brand identity.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the gym, and promote yoga classes.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations on social media platforms.Encourage user-generated content and collaborations to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and challenges across social media channels.Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Social Media Advertising: Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure a positive return on investment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media metrics and prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators.Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall social media effectiveness.
