Due to our business growth, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Account Manager who can bring strategic insight, creative thinking, and strong client management skills to our team
In this role you’ll be responsible for building social media strategies that drive measurable results, developing creative campaigns that stand out, and building trusted relationships with clients.
The role will include face to face engagement with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum three years of experience in designing, writing and managing Social Media advertising campaigns.
  • High standard of English -ability to communicate and understand strategies and recommendations
  • A track record of improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A generalist knowledge of search marketing methods is preferable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and present tailored social media strategies for clients aligned with their goals.
  • Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic direction.
  • Manage and optimise targeted ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content for a range of social media campaigns including, short-form video newsletters and articles
  • Plan, produce, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Research and build relationships with influencers, UGC creators that align with client brands.
  • Use trend insights, Google analytics, and creative testing to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
  • Pitch brand stories to editorial publications and industry platforms.
  • Experiment with new formats and AI driven tools to enhance content production.
  • Apply precise data-driven adjustments to boost return on investment across digital platforms including on-going tracking, bid strategies etc
  • Present strategies, performance reports, and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop written briefs to design team to deliver ad creative for client campaigns.
