QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling software.
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of the cosmetic medicine or health industry is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media activity.
  • Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to align social media content with clinic promotions and news.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: RECEPTION

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and professionally.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using our booking system.
  • Process client check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and rebooking.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and managing patient files.
