SOCIAL MEDIA, MARKETING, SALES COORDINATOR
Position Overview:
Medallion Milk Co. is seeking a motivated and creative individual to manage our social media presence, support marketing initiatives, and take a lead role in Manitoba sales. This role blends creativity with customer service and sales acumen, ensuring Medallion Milk is represented positively to a family-friendly audience both online and in person.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media:
Manage & grow Medallion Milk’s social media platforms in alignment with our brand voice and family-friendly values
create engaging, approved content that positively showcases Medallion Milk and its products
Coordinate the approval process for social media posts with Medallion Leadership.
Keet the company website up to date with accurate product, promotional, and event information
Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, and advertisements
Provide marketing support for trade shows, including booth design, promotional items, and signage
develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
Sales:
lead Manitoba based sales efforts, including managing customer accounts and developing new leads
Attend trade shows as required, representing Medallion Milk professionally to potential and existing customers
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on issues, and ensure prompt resolution
manage online sales platforms, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Work closely with the Office Manager to verify and process orders
Oversee and update Medallion Milk’s amazon storefront, ensuring product listings, inventory and content are accurate
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Stong written and verbal communication skills
proficient in social media platforms, online sales tools, and website content management
customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
ability to collaborate across departments and participate in product testing and brainstorming sessions
Experience in sales, marketing, and / or social media management (preferred)
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central (an asset)
