Job Description As our Part Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing team in bringing Hyde Melbourne Place to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a creative environment, and is looking for flexible part-time hours. Key Responsibilities · Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across HYDE’s social media channels (HYDE, Mid Air, Marmelo and Mr Mills). · Monitor social media engagement and respond to community interactions. · Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional materials. · Support in the coordination of brand events, activations, and hotel initiatives. · Capture and curate content from daily hotel operations, events, and guest experiences. · Assist with reporting on campaign and social media performance. · Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. · Track all content from media and KOLs visits. Qualifications About You · Passion for social media, marketing, and hospitality. · Strong communication and copywriting skills with a creative edge. · Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. · A good eye for design and content creation (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is highly regarded). · Previous marketing, social media, or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential.
