JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative Social Media Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. Whilst also helping with day to day operations of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, with a passion for personal development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in canva and cap-cut.
  • An interest in personal development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

Ideally but not required

  • Experience in social media management or a related field.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Engage with followers and community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
