JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content is delivered to our audience. You will be hands-on in creating content, running campaigns, and interacting with our community while also supporting wider marketing efforts. This position requires excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and the confidence to present on camera when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
  • Confident in front of the camera and comfortable presenting to an audience.
  • Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Interest in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Experience with email campaign tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Ensure frequent daily posting and consistent brand presence.
  • Develop creative content including videos, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes posts.
  • Confidently present on camera for product features, updates, and campaign material.
  • Run email marketing campaigns to support promotions and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to grow brand loyalty.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with wider marketing and business objectives.
