Are you the person who is always first to spot new trends on Instagram or TikTok? Do you love Canva, photography, and learning marketing trends online? This role is for you.
We’re looking for a creative, passionate and organised Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager across 5–6 exciting brands (both B2B and B2C). You’ll manage day-to-day content, help shape our brand stories, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
This is an on-site position in Wolverhampton, perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants to grow fast and make real impact. Hybrid working may be possible later.

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Build monthly content calendars using Excel or simple templates.
• Take product photos using company equipment (camera or phone).
• Design marketing materials in Canva and Photoshop.
• Help update websites (BigCommerce & WordPress).
• Create email campaigns in Mailchimp or Omnisend.
• Monitor social channels, reply to DMs/comments, and grow engagement.
• Track and report on email and social media performance.
• Spot trends and bring fresh marketing ideas to life.
• Do basic video editing (Reels, TikToks) – we’ll help you learn if you’re excited about it.
