Job Opportunity: Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)
Location: 2 - 3 days per week at our Canary Wharf office, WFH other days
Job Type: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. Flexi hours, 10am - 4pm core hours
T4 Bubble Tea is on a mission to share the joy of authentic Taiwanese bubble tea – and we’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team!
This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone passionate about social media, marketing, and the world of bubble tea. You’ll work closely with our marketing manager to bring the T4 brand to life online and beyond.

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram/Facebook and TikTok
• Visit our stores to create engaging and trending content
• Support the organic growth of our social channels through trend research, engagement, and platform best practices
• Conduct influencer outreach and help manage collaborations
• Assist with basic graphic design tasks using Canva – from social posts to promo materials
• Support on occasional photoshoot days and events, helping capture the T4 experience
• Contribute to building, developing, and maintaining brand guidelines
• Support the Marketing Manager with writing briefs for designers
• Help with marketing admin tasks such as organising assets, updating calendars, and preparing reports
• Supporting our sister brand, Macaroni Penguin, with occasional social media and marketing based tasks
