Description

The Fathers & Families Coalition of Utah (FFCU) is looking for a creative, self-motivated individual to temporarily manage our social media and assist with marketing projects while our Marketing & Events Coordinator is on leave. This is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals who want flexible part-time work, hands-on creative experience, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a nonprofit setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage FFCU’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Create and maintain a content calendar
  • Design engaging graphics, reels, and other content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Capture and edit photos/video for social media and events
  • Assist with marketing projects related to our upcoming conference (e.g., creating promotional content, capturing event clips for post-event sharing)
  • Support website and blog content development as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing social media across multiple platforms
  • Skills in graphic design and short-form video production (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new content ideas
  • Quick learner, Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Bonus: photography, videography, or website content experience

Work Environment:

  • Small, collaborative nonprofit team
  • You’ll be the main marketing point person
  • Hybrid role: flexible remote work, with at least one day a week in-office to stay connected
