Charlton park Estate is looking for someone to manage our social media accounts, as well as several other related accounts tied to the owner. A very exciting opportunity to be in a diverse role, ranging from shooting, to supercars, to farming, luxury holiday rentals and more.

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred

• Creating, wording and photographing content
• Scheduling posts
• Keeping the website up to date with related posts.
• Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
• Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media
• Tracking the performance of posts, audience engagement and ensuring its reaching its target audience
• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
• Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
• Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
• Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends to be approved
• Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand
• Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
  Occasional work from home is possible.
  Salary commensurate with experience.
