We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our brand online.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong photography, video, and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools).
  • Knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads is an asset.
  • Creative thinker with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, trades, or construction industries is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for managing and growing our company’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. This includes creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, interacting with our community, and tracking performance. You’ll work closely with management and advertising companies to develop marketing strategies that bring in leads, showcase our work, and build our reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content (photo, video, graphics, captions).
  • Manage accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Run targeted ad campaigns to generate HVAC service leads.
  • Capture and edit jobsite/project photos and videos (in the field and in-office).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow our online community.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and marketing reports.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, local events, and seasonal campaigns (heating & cooling).
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, giveaways, and special campaigns.
