Type: Full-time / part-time (30 hours per week)
About Us:
British Carers and British Nannies provide families with temporary and emergency in-home care, for example when a family’s usual carer is not available, or their child’s nursery / school is closed. We are looking to build our brand and connect with new audiences. Our social media presence is still developing, which means you’ll have the chance to shape our online voice and strategy from the ground up.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college-leaver or graduate who’s passionate about social media, marketing, and content creation. What You’ll Do:

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Develop and schedule social media posts to grow followers and engagement
  • Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
  • Monitor trends, track analytics, and report on performance
  • Work on creative projects including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities and events

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent college-leaver or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to learn
  • You will need to have a quiet environment to work in along with your own computer, webcam, mobile phone and a good internet connection.

Why Join Us?

  • A real opportunity to make an impact
  • Gain hands-on experience across marketing and social media
  • Supportive team environment with space to bring your ideas to life
  • Career growth opportunities as our brands expand
  • Part-time role (30 hours per week)
  • Performance bonuses in addition to base salary
  • Home-based fully remote role with no travel required
  • Disability Confident and Real Living wage employer

How to Apply:
Send your CV and a short cover letter (or portfolio of creative work). Please note that applications with a cover letter or portfolio will be prioritised for interview.
