Role Description

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Laval, QC. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across multiple platforms to promote the Charisma brand and support broker activities. The coordinator will manage social media calendars, monitor performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to gather content, writing and editing posts, designing basic visuals or coordinating with designers, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The role also involves supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, website updates, and online advertising, while contributing ideas to enhance visibility in the local real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences in clear, professional language.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including analytics, audience targeting, and online advertising best practices.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), scheduling tools, and basic graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Ability to work on-site in Laval, QC, collaborate effectively with brokers and staff, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in real estate, professional services, or a similar client-focused industry is an asset.
  • Comfort working in both English and French (spoken and written) is highly beneficial.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
