This is a part-time, hybrid role ideal for someone who is passionate about personal fitness, wellness, and building engaging online communities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and go-getter who understands how to grow social media audiences, create compelling visual content, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the brand’s presence across all major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the BODYROK brand and studio culture Demonstrate proven strategies for generating followers, increasing engagement, and building online communities Capture and produce original content including photos, short-form videos, reels, and stories from studio events, workouts, and member experiences Design graphics and marketing assets for social media, promotions, and studio campaigns Edit short-form video content optimized for social media platforms Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and performance Stay up to date with current social media trends, fitness content trends, and platform algorithm changes Collaborate with studio leadership to promote classes, events, promotions, and member success stories Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or fitness/wellness company Demonstrated experience growing followers and engagement across social media platforms Strong graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) Experience with video editing for social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for fitness, health, and wellness Position Details Part-time Hybrid role (combination of remote work and in-studio content creation) Opportunity to grow with a new and exciting BODYROK franchise location If you are passionate about fitness, social media, and building an engaging brand presence, we’d love to hear from you.
