We specialize in smartphones, accessories, and repair services — and we’re looking for a creative, active, and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive to grow our online presence and drive customer engagement across all digital platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a social media-savvy, creative marketing professional who lives and breathes online trends, knows how to create daily engaging content, and can promote offers across all platforms. This is a highly active, on-the-ground role that involves filming, editing, posting, and managing campaigns — while also coordinating promotions with our warehouse and sales teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and digital content creation
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook (including Reels, Stories, Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to film, edit, and post content quickly and professionally
  • Graphic design skills for flyers and promotions (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and online advertising
  • Self-driven, creative, and highly active in the digital space
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
  • Create and post daily content on social media platforms (especially Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Film and edit product videos, customer interactions, repairs, and trends directly in our retail branches
  • Design A5 flyers, promo sheets, standees, and in-store visuals
  • Plan and launch discounts and offers in collaboration with the warehouse and store managers
  • Update and maintain the company’s website and product listings
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, sponsored posts, and paid promotions
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through interactive campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding and professional content presentation
  • Monitor trends and create customer-focused marketing materials
  • Take photos/videos in-store with customer permission for social proof
  • Analyze engagement and suggest improvements
