Job Description The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content that strengthens the hotel’s brand presence, increases audience engagement, and supports Rooms, F&B, and other marketing objectives. This role works closely with the Marketing, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure consistent storytelling aligned with brand standards. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industries. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE OA. Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent platforms. Solid understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and content optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and visual storytelling.
