Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics (GA4), and keyword research tools (e.g. SEMrush).
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in blog content creation and SEO optimization.
  • Experience with CRM tools and automation workflows (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design & video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) to support quick-turnaround assets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities

Campaigns & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and manage SEO, SEM and paid digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Execute A/B tests, campaign iterations, and funnel improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Handle campaign budgets, monitor cost per lead/acquisition, and report on campaign effectiveness.

Data & Analytics

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to visualize KPIs, ROI, and lead funnel performance.
  • Track and interpret data from Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console and other tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Provide performance reporting on weekly/monthly basis, offering strategic recommendations to refine campaigns.

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Conduct keyword research and write SEO-friendly blog articles, newsletters and landing pages.
  • Support on-page and technical SEO improvements in collaboration with web developers or external vendors.
  • Work with content teams to ensure distribution strategies align with campaign objectives.

Social Media & Content Distribution

  • Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and daily engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal designers and copywriters to ensure brand-aligned content.
  • Track performance metrics and use data to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Must have basic design skills and an understanding of branding fundamentals to work alongside designers and creatives.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) and develop workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Design and execute email drip campaigns tailored for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data and segment lists to ensure personalized communication.
