(Y)OUR MISSION: Join uns at Joli ! Support the planning, execution, and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns across various brands and industries. Assist in developing creative influencer briefs and content concepts that align with campaign goals and brand objectives. Research, identify, and reach out to new creators and influencers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Monitor campaign performance and support reporting, analytics, and performance tracking. Contribute to the continuous optimization of campaign strategies, content approaches, and internal workflows. Assist with influencer seeding activities and creator collaborations. Support the creation and development of engaging social media content, with a focus on short-form and vertical video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Stay up to date with social media trends, creator marketing developments, and emerging platform features to bring fresh ideas to the team. YOU: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field in Spain or France. Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture. Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and storytelling. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience creating social media or video content is a plus. Fluent in English; additionally fluent in French or Spanish.
