This is an internship for the role of Marketing Executive for first 3-4 months then it will converted into a full time as per your performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Based in Canada and familiar with Canadian social media culture
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to tone
  • Creative thinker with a sense of humor and a feel for viral content
  • Previous experience managing a social media account (personal or professional) is a plus
  • Comfortable with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva)
  • Reliable, proactive, and highly organized

  • Assist in planning and creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for trends, challenges, and viral formats
  • Help schedule and post content consistently
  • Growth & Strategy:
  • Research and report on TikTok and Instagram trends relevant to our brand
  • Track engagement metrics and community feedback
  • Recommend new tactics to boost organic growth and engagement
  • Brand Voice & Culture:
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Champion inclusive, friendly, and positive interactions online
