We are a licensed maid agency in Singapore dedicated to matching families with reliable helpers. To strengthen our online presence, we are looking for a creative and results-driven freelance Social Media Marketing Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in social media marketing (portfolio of past work preferred).
• Skilled in Canva/Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
• Prior experience with service-based businesses (e.g. agencies, F&B, recruitment) is a plus.

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok preferred).
• Create engaging posts (graphics, captions, short videos) that promote agency services, highlight available helpers, and educate employers.
• Run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) to generate enquiries and leads.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to campaigns.
