  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative flair for storytelling.
  • Experience with running paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of current trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Create or coordinate high-quality content (images, videos, reels, captions, graphics) that reflects the brand’s tone and style.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build strong online communities.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement rates, traffic, conversions) to guide improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
