o Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
o Knowledge of paid advertising formats, targeting, and optimization.
o Creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of digital trends.
· Bonus Points For:
o Experience in influencer marketing.
o Graphic design, photography, or video editing skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s presence across all major social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategy & Planning
o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
o Identify emerging trends, tools, and platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
· Content Creation & Management
o Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video, stories, reels, live streams) tailored for each platform.
o Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
o Manage the content calendar to ensure timely campaigns and posts.
· Community Management
o Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
o Handle customer inquiries and feedback in line with brand tone and guidelines.
· Campaign Execution & Optimization
o Plan and run paid social media campaigns to achieve performance goals (reach, traffic, conversions, sales).
o Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategy for continuous improvement.
· Collaboration
o Work closely with design, PR, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
o Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors for campaigns.
· Analytics & Reporting
o Use analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs (engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions).
o Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
