OVERVIEW

Rosehill is a leading contract furniture supplier within the UK and benefits from a diverse customer base, including education, community, healthcare, office and commercial, hospitality and ecclesiastical organisations. Experience in the furniture industry is ideal, but not essential if they are quick to pick up and learn.
We are now looking for a creative and commercially-minded Social Media & Marketing Manager to take our brand presence to the next level — engaging architects, designers, procurement teams, and end clients through targeted campaigns and standout content.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • 1+ years in a marketing or social media role, ideally in B2B, interiors, design, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content for both visual and written formats.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn for B2B marketing.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the contract furniture, interiors, or architecture industry ideal, but not essential
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Event planning experience for trade shows or exhibitions.
Responsibilities

ROLE

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives lead generation, and positions us as a thought leader in the contract furniture market. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic marketing planning, covering both digital and offline channels. You will enjoy identifying new opportunities to increase our brand presence and optimise sales. Where required you will also assist with existing customer enquiries and company sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management including Google/Microsoft ad accounts.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant channels.
  • Develop engaging campaigns that showcase new products, completed projects, and industry trends.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to community interactions in a professional, brand-aligned manner.
  • Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing plan aligned to sales goals and seasonal launches.
  • Coordinate marketing activity around industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions (e.g. Clerkenwell Design Week).
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, from copywriting and design to performance reporting eg. Klaviyo etc.
  • Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns for key industry segments.
  • Content Creation & Brand Building
  • Write and edit high-quality copy for blogs, press releases, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Oversee photography, videography, and other creative assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the customer services and sales teams to gather project stories and client testimonials.
  • Partnerships & PR
  • Build relationships with industry media, influencers, and design networks.
  • Manage PR opportunities to secure coverage in relevant publications and online platforms.
