Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing and Communications, The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the digital presence of Freehand Hospitality’s restaurant portfolio. This role sets strategy, oversees execution, and ensures content, community engagement, and brand storytelling align with business goals. The Social Media Manager will direct coordinators, creative partners, and vendors while collaborating with chefs, general managers, and senior leadership to ensure each restaurant’s social identity is distinct yet cohesive within the Freehand brand.
This role is based in-office with flexibility for remote work when appropriate. Some evenings and weekends required for major events, activations, and content capture. Travel to restaurant locations and event venues will be expected.
