SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING MANAGER

Winmar provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, etc.
WINMAR® is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our local marketing strategy and strengthen our digital and community presence. This role involves managing social media channels, executing campaigns, designing content, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting business development initiatives in line with WINMAR®’s standards.

EXPERIENCE

3–5 years of proven experience in a social media, marketing, or digital communications role.
Proven experience managing company social media accounts (not just personal use)
Experience promoting and covering corporate or community events on social media.
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns for products, events, or initiatives.
Ability to interpret analytics and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Photography and basic video editing skills
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

PERFORMANCE SKILLS

Creativity and Innovation, High level of communication, Organization & Time Management, Attention to detail, Technical Proficiency, Collaboration, Initiatives & Accountability.
