SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sheffield Car Centre. This role is based in Sheffield and is crucial for enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community. The ideal candidate will help us drive brand awareness and connect with potential customers through effective social media and marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital content.
  • Uphold professional standards in appearance, punctuality and attendance.
  • Full UK Driving licence

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and boost online visibility.
  • Create engaging content tailored for various platforms.
  • Manage website content - from vehicle listings to landing pages.
  • Research the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Regularly liaise with advertisers to review sales data, enquiry conversation rates and finance penetration to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Photograph & video vehicles to showcase key features for customers and content for marketing promotions.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience online and in person, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
  • Assist customers through their purchasing journey, from enquiry to handover, offering expert advice and a smooth, supportive process. Full training given.
  • Process vehicle sale, finance and insurance transactions, ensuring all admin is completed efficiently.
  • Maintain an impeccable forecourt presentation, ensuring vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and pricing is accurate and up to date.
  • Perform daily tasks, including stock checks and hand-over inspections.
