We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis to drive online sales growth. This role requires expertise in website management, product listing, SEO, and customer experience enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Namshi, Noon, Amazon, or other relevant systems.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor website performance, track key metrics, and optimize the user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance website visuals and branding.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
- Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or digital setting.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding for e-commerce site customization.
- Background in UX/UI design principles.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
