POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Marketing Specialist to own our social media strategy from conception to execution. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is both a strategic marketer and a hands-on content creator. You will be responsible for growing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving results through both organic and paid strategies. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with a deep understanding of the constantly evolving social media landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including their respective best practices and advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns within budget, utilizing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva is a must.
  • Excellent video editing skills and hands-on experience with editing software, particularly CapCut.
  • Demonstrated ability to script, shoot, and produce high-quality video content.
  • Natural and confident on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into engaging content.
  • A passion for interior design, home improvement, or flooring is a plus! ✨

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop, script, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals. This includes creating engaging video content, high-quality graphics, and compelling copy.
  • Platform Management: Manage and grow Arko Flooring’s presence on Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, tailoring content to the unique audience and algorithm of each platform.
  • Video Production: Script, film, and edit a variety of video content, including product showcases, how-to tutorials, behind-the-scenes footage, and trending short-form videos using tools like CapCut.
  • Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials for all social channels using Canva or similar design software.
  • On-Camera Presence: Serve as a front-facing personality for the Arko Flooring brand, confidently appearing in videos, tutorials, and live streams to connect with our audience authentically.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across all relevant social platforms. This includes audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and optimizing for key conversion goals.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
  • Trend & Algorithm Monitoring: Proactively stay at the forefront of the many changes in the social media space. Keep up with algorithm updates, new platform features, and emerging content trends to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both organic and paid efforts. Analyze metrics to measure success, optimize strategy, and report on results.
