REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing / paid campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to create and execute full-funnel campaign strategies.
  • Good communication skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and campaign performance.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Google Ads or YouTube Ads experience.
  • Graphic design or video editing knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored campaign strategies.
  • Create content ideas, visualize campaigns, and work with designers to bring concepts to life.
  • Create engaging content calendars and collaborate with designers to deliver high-performing creatives.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and prepare regular campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
