Own social and content for a well-established Australian brand

You'll take the reins on social and content for a well-established Australian manufacturing and consumer goods brand, one with a long history and a loyal customer base nationally. The role's opened up as the current person heads overseas, and it's yours to make your own: real creative direction, a genuine mix of big production days and fast, social-first content.

  • The impactIn your first 6 to 12 months, you'll:Be consistently turning out short-form video content at the standard already set, that's the number one measure of success here.
  • Have a clear content strategy and set of pillars in place, tied to campaigns and launches, with a calendar the wider team can plan around.
  • Have influencer and creator partnerships running smoothly, from gifting through to paid collaborations.


  • What you'll doOwn social and content strategy end to end, from pillars through to the reporting that tells you what's working.
  • Plan and run shoots, from bigger studio productions with a videographer to fast, iPhone-shot social content.
  • Create and adapt content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, email and web.
  • Handle day-to-day scheduling, publishing and performance monitoring across channels.
  • Build and manage influencer and creator relationships, including gifting programs and paid partnerships.
  • Partner with the Paid Media Specialist so content performs across both organic and paid.


  • What you needConfident, hands-on photography and videography skills, on a proper camera and just your phone.
  • Proven experience planning and running social-first content strategy, from pillars through to calendars.
  • Practical experience running shoots end to end, both polished studio days and fast, ad hoc content.
  • Solid editing skills in something like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Canva.
  • A few years' hands-on experience in content marketing, digital content or similar.


  • Nice to have (not required)Experience with premium, luxury, lifestyle or retail brands.
  • Styling experience or an eye for interior design and visual merchandising.
  • Studio production experience.
  • Experience with influencers and creators, including gifting and paid partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
