Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Location: 4181 Sladeview Crescent #36, Mississauga, ON L5L 5R2
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
· Manage and optimize social media platforms, with a primary focus on Google platforms such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
· Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels to attract and retain a targeted audience.
· Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all channels.
· Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and Google platforms.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, with a specific focus on Google platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Optimization) is a must.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
· Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of the dental and medical equipment industry is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience.
