REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
• UAE real estate experience is a plus

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for digital and offline campaigns
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content for listings, promotions, and brand storytelling
• Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, brochures, and digital ads
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize accordingly
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to align marketing with business goals
• Organize and promote open houses, property launches, and community events
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies
