Talent 360 is hiring Social Media Moderator for one of its clients Expected Job Role Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) daily for comments, mentions, DMs, and tags. Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner. Escalate sensitive or negative feedback to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain a positive, consistent tone aligned with the brand voice. Help manage community growth and engagement by encouraging conversations and responding to followers. Track trends in community sentiment and flag emerging issues. Support the social team with content scheduling and basic reporting. Collaborate with creative and content teams to align on messaging and campaign goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator, Community Manager, or similar role in a digital or creative agency. Excellent written communication in Arabic (native-level) and good command of English. Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn). Strong understanding of community behavior and online engagement best practices. Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive comments calmly and tactfully. Basic knowledge of social media tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite is a plus. Working Conditions Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: On-site, Downtown office
