This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about helping people, enjoys creating and sharing engaging content, and is flexible and supportive in a team environment. ---------------------- Job Scope ---------------------- The primary responsibility is to support our dealerships and Kendall Cares representatives in delivering exceptional service to our customers and communities. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and online reviews • Create posts in alignment with manufacturer guidelines • Ensure compliance with brand and creative standards • Manage and publish social media content • Monitor and enhance the company’s online reputation • Support community outreach and engagement initiatives • Create, publish, and distribute monthly newsletters • Update and maintain online blog content ---------------------- Experience ---------------------- Required: • Positive attitude and strong with ethic • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred: • 2+ years of experience in social media management, customer service, or reputation management • Experience with marketing communications or project management • Familiarity with social media platforms, review management tools, and analytics dashboards • Automotive industry experience • Co-Op experience is a plus Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ---------------------- Tools & Platforms ---------------------- Familiarity with the following is preferred: • Reputation management platforms • Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook • Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva • Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite • Google Business Profile (Listings) • Email marketing platforms Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift.
