We plan and deliver campaigns across TV, audio, digital, social, print and out-of-home. Our clients include the Royal Shakespeare Company, The Jockey Club and Everton FC.
We love the flexibility of what we do — no two days are the same. We’re a fast growing but close-knit team who are extremely passionate about our clients and campaigns. We support and motivate each other, celebrate our victories, and have a huge amount of fun along the way.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital Assistant to join our growing team. This is a position for someone digitally savvy, highly organised, and keen to start or grow a career in advertising.
You’ll work closely with the team, supporting campaign delivery from start to finish — from building and scheduling campaigns, to reporting on performance, to helping improve results.
This role is designed for someone at the start of their career. We’re looking for attitude and curiosity as much as polished experience. If you’re keen to learn and ready to get stuck in, then this could be the role for you!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assisting with the setup and scheduling of paid media campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing clear reports
  • Helping optimise campaigns to improve results
  • Supporting in the preparation and presentation of campaign proposals
  • Managing admin tasks and maintaining campaign documentation
  • Liaising with the wider team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
